Terms of Service
These are the rules of using Pulsar Email. We keep them short and plain.
The service
Pulsar Email is a paid email service operated by Pulsar Ltd. We provide the software, storage, and delivery infrastructure. You provide the messages you send and receive.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We recommend a passkey or hardware security key.
Acceptable use
No spam, no phishing, no fraud, no malware, no content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where you live. We will terminate any account that violates these rules.
Payment
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD. VAT is added where applicable. Refunds are pro-rated on cancellation.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
Changes
We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any material change to these terms.
